「The staffs are all excelent, warm and supportive. The family room we booked was clean enough and with nice furnitures but had no window. But still ok.
The hotel is old style so there was no lift which was quite difficult for tourists like us carrying a large suitcases, but the staff had kindly supported us. No air conditioner in the room」
「The Garden Room was great & provided all we needed for a relaxing and peaceful weekend. Comfortable bed and very clean. Lovely walled garden. Adjacent Tiger Inn was welcoming and friendly with great food. The local area offered fantastic views and walks. 」
