By far the BEST experience! Arriving the valet guy (even tho I wasn't using it) offered help, as I entered the amazingly cozy, authentic looking lobby with my dog the desk person brought bottled waters for us pouring water in a bowl and offeringtwo doggy bones for her also. Check in was smooth! Everything explained (location of things etc) AND although a few hours early for check in I was given access to my room and given one right next to the doggy area to make access easy for us. This hotel is not only clean and comfortable, it is also located near good restaurants. We were in Phoenix for a medical appointment at the Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, located about two miles away. We were perfectly situated.

I have stayed here a few times and always is a good place to stay clean convenient decent breakfast nice that they have a shuttle to get us around town since it’s so hot in Phoenix and pick us up and take us to the airport would recommend this place to anyone

Clean and excellent food. The room was wonderful but had to upgrade once we checked in because the standard Orbitz room was the size of a closet. They upgraded us at no charge and the room was fantastic.

I love staying here! The balcony was perfect and located close to Roosevelt street. I plan to stay again soon.

This hotel stay was immaculate! From my check-in with Elizabeth at the front desk, to the room, to the dinner at Le Âme, the service the entire time was amazing. I am so excited to come back! Thank you for making my birthday very special.

Everything was wonderful. Our room was great, the staff at the pool were friendly. My only complaint is when we checked out and received our bill, there were several extra charges that we did not have and I Had to call several times to get them to correct our bill. We took things from the mini bar. For example, the wine was $35, and we were charged $45. They said there was a $7 tax fee and a $3 restock fee. We were also charged for a charger we never asked for. We took a beer and chips...
