「I had to wait 20 minutes to check in because there was no receptionist. The door was locked, and I had to wait outside in the hot weather. I kept calling, and after 25 minutes they finally gave me a room. When I opened the room, there was no bed, the room was damaged, and repair equipment was left on the floor. I went to find a staff member, and they changed me to another room. In the new room, I couldn’t even open the door from the inside. Definitely not coming back to this hotel again.」

「The staff was very helpful. For some reason they had not received my reservation from Hotels.com. It was confirmed to me in the morning but when I arrived 8 hours later they had no record. The staff was very helpful and got me a room and said they would correct the error with Hotels.com. What could have been a disaster they worked to make this a positive experience. This is my third stay here in the last 5 months and I think that says it all about staying here. 」

"I stayed at Hotel Santa Fe for a week and found it to be a refined and elegant hotel. Compared to other nearby options, it met all my expectations and offered a comfortable stay. However, I was slightly disappointed to find that the room lacked a kettle and microwave, which would have been convenient for a longer stay. Additionally, the absence of restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance made dining a bit inconvenient. That said, if you're simply looking for a place to stay and rest, this hotel is more than adequate."
