"This was our first try at being snowbirds and our first time using VRBO. It was a very good experience. The property's amenities were great and as advertised. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom were in one part of the rental while the other two bedrooms and bathroom were in the other part by the kitchen. "The hotel is very charming and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Plenty of parking on premises, no extra charge. Free shuttle on demand anywhere within 1 mile radius, which was great for going to the Historical Plaza area or Canyon Road. The driver even gave us a short tour of the Canyon area. We could have easily walked from the Hotel to both those areas too. The rooms were a nice size and up to date. There is strong wifi, and nice pool with hot tub. The staff puts a big water jug...

"The innkeeper was so helpful and the room was so quiet and near to parking, with very little walking involved for elderly people! We enjoyed having the little reading room for a quiet evening. The fireplace and coffee in the morning was a delight. Each breakfast was very unique and created with obvious care."
