"Nicely renovated older hotel. Was not there at a busy time, so the staff really was not too busy. Everyone was nice and the workout room was nice."

"There were multiple stains on the carpet of the 1 bedroom suite. Not what was expected for the amount spent per night, higher prices equate to higher expectations, which were not met. There was a $75 deposit that was not mentioned prior. "

"I picked the amnex bldg not knowing that in April they had already switch to their "summer" cooling which meant there was not heating and only AC for the room so the room was very cold at night. Other than the cold room, it like the decorand restaurant food was good. "

"The property is nice, very conveniently located to the Santa Fe plaza and you can get a beautiful picture of the Catholic Cathedral from the back/side from the rooftop. Rooftop pool is very nice, the gym could be much better (please make some improvements). The staff is top noche!"

"The hotel is very outdated. Called the front desk no one answered the coffee maker in the room was not working. Over all not very happy with the stay. "
