"It took quite a while to get hot water to the shower in rm 426. Also the shampoo and conditioner provided on the shower wall were empty."

"everything about our stay was great except the actual check in process. they aeemed unable to find our prepaid reservation at first and then ince they found it therr was some confusion about prepayment/deposit that the clerk did his best to straighten out but the supervisors he reached out to were quite curt to both the clerk and to me. they seemed annoyed with him although they also atruggled to fix the problem. it was not a good start to our stay. ince we got checked in (approximately 20 minutes) everything else was excellent. "
