ロズウェルの三つ星ホテル

「I whacked my ankle on exposed bed frame; sink drain didn't work; shower curtain rod sagged so shower curtain wouldn't cover; side door didn't close properly; I never found the ice machine. Hall carpet was quite dirty.」

「Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were good; however I requested an ADA room as my dad is in a wheelchair, and we got a standard room. I called ahead to confirm and booked the room online. mentioned it again at the front desk and was told that's all that was available. Very frustrating as I had to take my dad downstairs to use the hotel bathroom because he was unable to use the one in the room.」

「清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 」

「Good hotel! The front staff was kind and friendly. We stayed comfortable. But, there were the dust on top of the refrigerator. And the long hair was attached to the mirror in bathroom.」
