"Had a couple box elder bugs in the room. The hear lamp / fan in the bathroom was not working. Breakfast was excellent, staff, bar / restaurant was also excellent. Feel the room was a bit outdated. "

"The hotel is lovely, especially the common area. It has a nice breakfast in the morning. The rooms are fine but look a little dated. The front desk people are nice."

"The hotel was adequate for business travelers. However, one of the treadmills in the fitness room was not operable and the other didn’t register the correct mph (off by 3 mph). "

"It was really cold. The thermostat didn't work so the room was a constant 60 degrees all night. Rooms were dirty and the furniture was dilapidated. "

"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was great and plenty of dining opportunities were close by. Would stay there again."

"I wanted to share a concern about my stay. The toilet in my room was not working properly, and a staff member initially showed me how to fix the chain myself. Unfortunately, the issue kept happening, and I had to call three different times to have it addressed. While I appreciate the staff trying to help, I don’t feel it’s reasonable for a guest to repeatedly fix a maintenance issue during their stay. Given the inconvenience, I believe it would have been appropriate to offer some form of compensation or a small discount on the room. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so situations like this can be handled differently in the future. "
