「Close to UIUC campus. The room was clean, but it did not match the picture. It felt like staying in a dorm with minimal amenities. I could hear the TV from the next room all night.」

「I stayed there for 7 nights with my son before he moved in to his dorm at UIUC. We both liked the hotel a lot. It has a spacious gin with free weights, strength machine and treadmills. The bar lounge and restaurant are very comfortable and have a special ambience. Free parking. Very close to the UI campus. Highly recommended.」

「Room was not equipped, we had to go ask for items normally in rooms (ice buckets, cups, hair dryer, ironing board, etc.). Maybe they have had issues with loosing items in the past. The room provided what we needed, a place to stay for the night on Route 66 trip.」

「I booked and paid for a room for my husband for a 1 night stay on 4/18/26. He had traveled 9 hours to get to that destination. Upon reaching the front desk in late afternoon, he presented his driver's license and a card. He said he had a reservation. The front desk clerk said no reservation - almost gleefully. Really put him through the ringer to just check in. He said his wife made it. She kept pointing out things like there wasnt an address or phone number on file. He really didnt know...

「AMAZING- new clean great staff. The ONLY issue was that we could not view Fox News on channel 20 - both 20 & 21 were CNBC Front desk said the channels can get messed up and would follow up. 」

「I reserved a room with a river view. The only window looks into the hall. Of the under level.The room was stuffy it only has controllable heat. The air is controlled upstairs.I recommend bringing a fan. This was my second time at this lodge. First time was much better. Thats why i came back.Thst and the pizza is amazing. 」

「Nice overnight stay at a hotel that is well maintained despite the surrounding outlet center being nearly completely shut down. It makes for an extra quiet stay but hope the other businesses recover. Very comfortable bed and clean room with a nice hot breakfast bar though the juices were watered down」

「I would love to have given 5 stars, my only complaint was the hot tub and pool. They were filthy - couldn't see in the hot tub the water was so dirty. The pool was WAY too chlorinated, you could see the chlorine on tip of the water and the bottom of pool had dirt or sand. The staff were exceptional snd friendly. We will definitely stay again. Nice room, amenities and convenient location.」
