The hotel itself was beautiful great environment, beautiful atmosphere. Very kind staff breakfast was good. The only problem is I booked this specifically because my daughter wanted to go swimming on vacation and we made a trip to target to buy swimming clothes whenever we ask where the pool was located they said the pool was out of service. It was not in working conditions. Therefore I spent an unnecessary $70 and didn’t get to enjoy the pool besides that it’s a beautiful hotel and the staff is great.

The front desk staff was very nice. Smooth check in process. Parking was good, as it was included in the price, and was a parking garage. The bed was very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were nice. The room had coffee, and a small refrigerator. This hotel is very centrally, located to the university and to uptown normal.
