"Sam, our host, was excellent at communicating with us. He arranged our airport pickup at a prearranged cost of €30. Well worth it as any apartment in the heart of Naples isn't going to be easy to find, even on a main street like this one. It's also good to avoid Piazza Garibaldi if you've got suitcases and are unsure of where you're going as it's a haven for pickpockets.
Our room was refurbished to a high standard, simple, modern and retaining the beautiful features of the original building,...

"I have never left a review before, but Atelier Inès B&B truly deserves it – what a gem! As you drive through the wonderful chaos and maze of Napoli, suddenly you arrive at Atelier Inès B&B – and it feels as though you have stepped into a secret garden.
The house is filled with beautiful art, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. The staff could not be warmer or more attentive, and the breakfast in the back courtyard was simply delicious. You would never imagine you are right in...

"We had a great stay at Musto Suites, excellent location. Andrea was very charming and helpful, he served us a lovely breakfast. We had booked a double room but at check in, Andrea offered us a bigger room that was available, we appreciated the bigger space and could see ancient ruins from one of the windows. Definitely stay there again if we’re go to Naples."

"We loved our stay at La Strada Parlata. You are on narrow Italian street with a balcony that overlooks shops and cafes and gives you a real feel of being away. The flat was clean and newly done up. Bottles of water and breakfast was left in the fridge free of charge and the Wifi worked well.
It is perfectly positioned for all the sites of Naples and a twenty minute walk from the station or the port to explore Pompeii or the Islands"

"Located on
The Plaza Dante is a lovely location to escape to in Naples. The apartment was a good value for the price. Best was the contact with the concierge, who was proactive, kind, and always supportive. "

"Didn't get to stay, the owner called when in the taxi to say that he had a water leak in the room that we had booked, He said that he arranged another hotel with the same amenities as his hotel, but sadly this was not the case, the room was only half the size, the wifi didn't work was old and very tired. Had to pay for the taxi to his hotel and to the other hotel, Naples taxi drivers don't turn on their meters for tourists so that round trip cost me 30 euros. The hotel they sent us to was the...

"It’s on the 4th floor.
To use elevator need 0.20 cent coin every time.
Cannot bring car to unload bags near the apartment. Need to go to a parking garage and unload. Parking garage charges 25 euros per day. The walk is 7 minutes to the apartment. Have to walk with your bags to the apartment through cobblestone streets. Of the 3 nights we stayed, 2 days did not get hot water.
One day the elevator broke down.
Would not recommend for Seniors."

"Our stay in Naples was perfectly located — right on the edge of the old historic center and just a 10-minute walk from the main train station. It made getting around the city (and beyond) super easy, which was ideal for our family of four as we continued our Interrail journey through Italy.
We loved how convenient everything was — with a cozy café and a pharmacy less than 50 meters from our hotel, we had everything we needed right on our doorstep.
The room itself was bright, clean, and spacious, with beds that were wonderfully comfortable after long travel days. The bathroom was a great large, modern, and with a powerful walk-in shower that felt amazing after exploring the city’s bustling streets. The roof terrace where you have breakfast was a fantastic surprise and gave for a brilliant viewing point of the street surrounded by planted trees and herbs. A super addition to the accommodation.
The staff were friendly and gave us hints and tips, as well as places to see on the maps they provided.
Definitely recommend.
Overall, it was the perfect base for discovering Naples — a great mix of comfort, convenience, and authentic city charm."
"Just to give reference we stayed in room 512, which had a balcony over the street side of the Hotel.
The room was a good size, clean and with modern fittings. The balcony was perfect as you could watch the traffic below which offers hours of entertainment!
Franceso and Damiana on reception were exceptional. The advice we received on which local restaurants to try was spot on, they even took into account that we would prefer not to cross any roads if possible, as anyone knows who has visited Naples, the roads are a law unto themselves in this city!
The balcony was great and the windows excellent at blocking out all the street noises. To top it off the Roof Terrace gives excellent views across the city and further afield to Vesuvius.
While i appreciate some of the comments i had read about the homeless situation in the surrounding area, you are a matter of yards from the main train station and this situation, unfortunately, is the same in most cities i have visited across europe. However there is a constant police presence in the area so it didn't feel unsafe.
Breakfast offers a good selection and it was all extremely tasty, we tried as much as we could!
So for price, quality of facilities, location (i.e. next to train station) and service received i would say this is an excellent choice of hotel.
The one and only negative, which is something we had at other hotels in our travels across Italy, was the lack of a fridge in the room. "
"Excellent location, amazingly quiet considering being next to the train station, lots of dinning options. Also excellent and professional staff. Would stay again."
"The staff members were wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. On our last day we had to leave at 5:15 AM to catch a flight. Michael, the staff member on duty, was amazing. He arranged for our taxi to the airport and processed our check out quickly and professionally.
The hotel was very clean and beautiful. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, but we stayed in mid-October. The breakfast was wonderful - many quality items to pick from. The location was walkable from the train station. The neighborhood was noisy, but with our window closed it did not bother us. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!"
"The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are small but clean and efficient. Breakfast buffet has lots choices. We had some rainy days and found retreat in the covered courtyard, where you can order drinks and snacks. "
