「Good」

「Unfortunately we stayed whilst there was a huge wedding taking place. Which meant loud music, and no food facilities available. Management did not give us prior warning, Whilst staff were pleasant it was not appropriate. The rooms are odd, but clean. It is suitable for a stay prior to an early flight from Naples only. Otherwise it was unpleasant. We didn’t even have a window in our room.」

「This hotel is located not just near the station, but actually inside the station building. There's a direct train service from the central station, which was very convenient. The room was cleaned daily, and the bathroom was kept spotless. The only minor issue was that the safety deposit box was broken and unusable throughout my stay. The staff were all very friendly.」

「The hotel is a walking distance from the airport and have a nice breakfast. I stayed twice in different rooms, in both times the bathroom had a dirty shower with mold and hair or clog. Equipment is old but usable. Staff is also mostly kind」

「Easy check-in the staff were friendly and helpful rooms were clean hotel decor is beautiful!」

「The staff was available for our very late entry (flight delays and car rental issues) and kindly brought to our clean room. Breakfast was an absolute treat with a lot of variety! Staff there were also great :)」

「The hotel was quite new and well maintained, and the room was also clean. The hotel staffs were very helpful with smiles. It was safe and quiet around the hotel. I felt very comfortable. There are several good and reasonable restaurants, a grocery, and a metro station for the center of Naples near the hotel. I recommend this hotel if you don't care about the time to go to the center of Naples. It takes around 30-40 mins.」
