「Excellent property! Restaurants on site - and convenient to the Mucky Duck ect. Nice rooms - clean. This time we choose beach view and the sunsets were Gorgeous! Pool areas are nice . A little busy the week we went - Outside bars and food make a day at the pool enjoyable. Beach access is right across the st and you can rent chairs and umbrella for $25 A great place to just go and relax. Some days we didn’t even leave . Recommend the Shelling or Dolphin tour with Captiva Cruises as they are...

「Overall it is a nice place and convenient for local travel. I really think the $40 per person per day resort fee is outrageous. A lot of the place is privately owned or under construction. Your resort fee gets you towels and a chair at the beach, access to a small water park. A shuttle and WiFi. It would be more honest to raise the daily rate and drop the fee. One timer for us and can’t recommend it to others. 」

「The condo was clean with plenty of space. Full kitchen and great views from the balcony. The only negative is we experienced several groups of rowdy guests and after office hours there is little security and no one to contact.」

「Clean and modern apartment and we stayed on first floor. Walking distance to beach with hot tub and pool. Not really walking distance to bars/restaurants so probably best to have a car. Worth the price.」

「We had bugs in our first room. The front staff woman was absolutely wonderful and immediately moved us to an upgraded room. Unfortunately that room also had bugs/ants all over the kitchen and increased for the duration of our stay.」

「The room was clean and had everything that I needed. The tv is too small it needs to be a 65'. The door to the other unit that is not in use needs taken out as the noises from the othe unit is like they are in the same roon with you. The lighting on the side of the building could be better, but all in all it was ok and I would return again. 」

「Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, wir hatten aber eine Kakerlake im Zimmer, anscheinend kommen die aber in Fort Myers häufig vor. Man kann sich kostenlos Fahrräder und Kajaks oder SUPs ausleihen (Fahrräder sind eher eine Zumutung). Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße, Parkplatz ist genug vorhanden. Frühstück naja Amerika einfach 🙈 alles zum Wegwerfen.」

「Positives: Location right on the beach. Nice beach view inside room. AC cold for hot summer weather. Parking staff very friendly. Rooms are spacious. Front desk staff very clam and nice when I inquired to leave one night early. Negatives: LOUD music from 9am to 10pm. Our room is on the 2nd floor so can’t really sit in our balcony to enjoy the beach view for too long. This hotel feels more like a motel. Bathroom felt old and dirty. Room next door had young kids crying and screaming till around...
