Room was amazing! Their video on their site is pre Hurricane Ian so don’t expect it to be like that ! Lots of devistation but they are working to bring it back. Most staff was nice , the front office staff were snotty and not helpful at !! Location on the beach is amazing! Sanibel / Captiva have captured my heart and I can’t wait to return. I’d stay there again .

Nice stay for our family of 6. Played pickle ball and used the pool daily. Lots of seashells and dolphins from the beach. Sanibel is a nice break from the built up parts of Florida. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Bike paths from sanibel to captiva. Would stay again.

We loved our stay. I was a bit disappointed that when they put in all the new furnishings some of it was kid of junky or not installed well including bedside table drawer kept falling off. Cabinet in master bath was not lined up. One of bathroom barn sliding doors was very hard to slide. I would have expected the brand new furnishing to have been installed much better than that.

Beautiful family friendly beachfront resort.

Both the staff and resort were wonderful. Very clean place. Staff at the hotel, restaurants and pool were all very sweet and helpful. Would highly recommend this resort for families as the units are spacious, have full kitchens, and an outdoor screened in porch. The only negative was that the beach chairs are not included in the stay. You would need to rent them daily or by the week or get your own beach chairs and umbrellas from a local shop and bring them to the beach. Even with that being said, it is a wonderful place to vacation and definitely somewhere we would stay at again.

Casa Ybel Beach Resort was absolutely gorgeous! The rooms were clean and spacious with an amazing Gulf view. I would definitely stay here again.

FABULOUS LOCATION GREAT PLACE TO SHELL!!!

Beautiful location. Wonderful for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. Location to beach is fabulous. Pool is great. Rooms are clean, however, the room is a bit dated. Our unit had a modernized kitchen which made it pleasant to look at. We would return here again.

Overall a great place. Beds super comfortable. Beachfront property a plus. Didn’t see many people wearing masks. The tile floor of the unit was not clean. We had a baby crawling around and her little hands and knees picked up dirt on floor.

I loved that the rooms all have a patio with a beach view. It would have been better if the pool was open. The pool was closed so you had to get your towels near the pool and go to a resort next door to go in a pool. I decided just to jump in the gulf. Our air conditioner went out but it was fixed quickly after telling the front desk. Our room did not get cleaned one day and they told me when I checked out that sometimes that happens during COVID (but everyone else's room was cleaned). I also loved the chairs and umbrellas that could be used on the beach.
