The balloons were falling apart, the cheese platter looked melted and unappetizing, and the cake was not presentable. The whole setup felt rushed and poorly done. Not what I expected for a special occasion and what I paid for...in addition the bathroom was too small and there's no coffee maker. 」

「The hotel itself was a normal business hotel, but the wifi was terribly slow and unstable connection. Furthermore, even the signals of telephone was out of service, so I didn’t feel that I’m staying in the city for tourism. I recommend you to stay in the area Bocagrande 」

「The bedrooms are extremely misleading in the photos they’ve posted. Most of the rooms don’t have windows that lead to outside - they lead to the hallways everyone walks by to get to other rooms. The windows don’t have glass panels on them so the air conditioners are working overtime to keep the rooms cool but struggling to do that job fighting the hot air coming in from outside. 「Wow! What an amazing property in a great location. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful, the pool area on the roof was great, so peaceful and beautiful. We got upgraded which was a pleasant surprise but the entire property is beautiful, has to be one of the best places to stay in the area. Slept great, had a great time walking around and exploring. 「I wish I was being exaggerated when I say, this hotel almost ruined the entire Cartagena trip for us. Before I get into it I will add some considerations because I do not want to be unfair in this review. When booking this hotel, it is NOT very clear that this is on a completely separate island from the city of Cartagena, it is isolated and you have to take a boat back and fourth everytime you need to go.
