Overall I am glad my family and I (including children) stay at this location. Had quite a few pools and away from the crowds in city center. The facility could use some renovations but overall it was a great stay and felt safe with my kids. The food was incredible at almost every restaurant. Really loved our stay. Any time we needed something they were quick to respond. Highly recommend this hotel.

I have traveled numerous times to Cartagena and the immediate area. I have stayed at many different hotels in the mid to upper price range. It is without a doubt the best hotel restore for the price Hyatt Regency is absolutely superb but the cost overall is significantly higher. Try Las Americas. It won't disappoint you.

This is a very comfortable hotel. Staff is very friendly and attentive. We stay from Dec 13-18 and enjoyed the facilities as they were not crowded and had plenty of swimming pools.

This hotel was in a great location. However, the hotel restaurant and the infinity pool on the tenth floor were under renovation during our stay. We couldn’t take advantage of these amenities. It would been nice if the hotel would’ve notified Expedia .
