This property was very beautiful. I did have a slightly bad experience. I booked for one night stay to be closer to the airport after coming back from Cozumel. I had booked 5 days out for a Friday- Saturday stay. In Mexico the WiFi and service was terrible so it was hard to get communication if i was out. I had asked many times for the information to enter the room, and i did not receive it until we were 20 minutes away from the property. Staff was very kind and friendly and helpful. The restaurant had really good food, drinks were not that strong. We needed a late check out but there apparently was no space for that. The second we checked out they booted us off the WiFi, even though we needed to stay on the property a little while longer before heading to the airport. The security was very kind and offered to call us a taxi. The views were beautiful i would stay again but with more precautions.

Clean room and great view! No maid service the whole stay of 5 night. Could I used new towels. A restaurant on site and security guard on site was a bonus,. Also it has a convenient store on site as well.

Great location and amazing ocean view The location is excellent and the ocean view is spectacular. The pool area is beautiful, large, clean, and perfect for relaxing, and the restaurant offers very good service with a solid menu. Food prices are reasonable (around $10–$15 USD per dish), so it’s convenient to stay at the property and enjoy the facilities without having to go out looking for food. Overall, we had a very good stay. However, there are a few things guests should know. This is not a hotel but a condominium, so reservations and room management are handled directly by the owner or a property manager. Because of this, services typical of hotels are not available. For example, if you arrive before the official check-in time and did not arrange early check-in, there is no place to leave your luggage and you cannot access the amenities while you wait. The building itself is older, and that shows in the rooms. It seems there have been attempts to renovate — there are mini-split AC units and the rooms were clean — but you can still notice some wear and aging in the interiors. There is also a small convenience store inside the condo where we were able to buy snacks, which was helpful. That said, the ocean view, the pool, the direct beach access, and the overall atmosphere easily outweigh the room details. The property has a lot charm thanks to its location and common areas.

We just got home from 5days at ocean view apartments. I will start with the good. The views are spectacular, amazing views from every side of the hotel. The location is great with the local shuttle bus picking up right outside on the resort. We used this multiple times to go downtown and eat dinner. There is also a convience store right at the hotel and a bigger one across the street with may options. The pool is plenty big with an ample amount of seating and the beachfront is fantastic. Our room has a small kitchette which was very convenient for making breakfast in the morning. Our ac worked great which is not always the case in Mexico Now with the things that could use some work. The rooms were comfortable but the beds are hard as a rock, there is a lack of towels in the room. Only two bath towels and one hand towel. No wash clothes and no towel for the kitchenette. The check in process was not the greatest if you have an earlier flight. Online it says you can use common areas until check in but that doesn't include the pool or the beach if you have luggage with you. Our flight arrived at 11am and we had to sit in a small room until 3. Not really the way anyone wants to start their vacation. The resort does not allow you to have a beverage while in the pool (not even water in an enclosed cup) or sitting on the side with your feet in the water. Overall this was a great place to stay with just a few kinks that could get worked out. We would definitely stay here again.

EXCELLENT LOCATION, wonderful balcony overlooking pool that was cleaned every morning. Security was excellent as well - front gate manned with check in/check out clipboard. The onsite restaurant and little convenience store were great. The unit itself was good keeping in mind that Mexican Standards are lower - ie - needs new microwave, more than 2 toilet paper, housekeeping could be after third day - we checked in on Saturday and housekeeping arrived late Thursday afternoon - I had already found the on site laundromat to do our towels. The biggest issue to be aware of is communication - texts only (never a live conversation, never given an actual name of who I was communicating with, Very Slow Response time - which they did apologize for, but this tends to create anxiety). Overall, a Very Good Value and I would book again since I am now aware of the communication issues, but they do need to improve this. One other thing to note is that the unit is actually referred to as being in The Cancun Plaza - Ocean View Apartments seems to be a larger company that this apartment is under the umbrella of in some way. Thank you for the stay!

気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス
The original room that we paid Hotels.com for 100% in full weeks before our travel was totally without a doubt not acceptable. Don't know where to start but no electricity in the bathroom (women need to blow dry and apply makeup) along with a supposed balcony which was like 12" in front to back depth. Simple thing might be providing an extension chord? You couldn't put a chair out on the supposed balcony also if you had a butt at all you had to lean backwards against the sliding glass. Get this if you opened the balcony sliding glass door the AC cut off. We were having our teeth pulled and needed a hotel room to lay around, watch TV, and set on the balcony. Luckily we contacted the condo manager guy, Miguel Artusa and he told me to settle down. Since it was a low volume week he had many empty units. So by paying more money we upgraded to an acceptable room and were basically happy during the 10 days of dental surgery. If Miguel has that same room in 6 months when we will have to go back for more teeth work we will rent the same one. It is so hot that local condos currently are advertising up to 63% off normal rates to book now for June.

The staff on the outside grounds and in the building were courteous and always willing to help, as was the owner of the room. For check-in, it would be ideal to inform the occupant that the WhatsApp app would be needed for filling out the registration. After a very long day of travelling, it only added to the stress. At our first breakfast at the restaurant, I asked for tea but the appliance to boil water did not work. A few days later, my wife ordered a club sandwich but they were out of fries. She had a side order of rice! Coincidentally, the water boiler appliance in the room was also not working. Contacted the owner and he replied but no action taken. Could not keep ice in the small refrigerator as the very small ice box had not been thawed out in some time and nothing could fit in the small opening that was not covered in frost. The kitchen faucet needs adjustment as water sprays unexpectedly. The bathroom sink is not user friendly if you want to keep the counter dry. Not sure if the room could be sprayed as there were little ant-like insects zooming around. As mentioned earlier, everybody was warm, receptive and helpful, but we would not return to Ocean View Apartments.
