「The property was extreme clean. Staff was extremely helpful and responded quickly to requests. Very safe location. Loved that there was a washer and dryer and also a small kitchen area in the property. 」
「The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk upgraded us to the governor’s suite, which was fabulous. The Armory Lounge in the hotel has great ambience, cocktails, and food. Maddie our server and bartender was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.」

「We had a pleasant stay here. The location was excellent—close enough to walk into town and explore, with transportation options available as well. The room was comfortable and overall everything went smoothly. We did run into a couple of small issues, but maintenance took care of them almost immediately, which we really appreciated. Overall, a good experience and we’d stay here again.」
「Lovely historic house just as l had hoped...ninteenth-century atnosphere, lovely well kept old wood floors..Linda was right there to greet me even though my time of arrival was delayed a little at Portland bus station... perfect Maine alternative to generic bland hotel chains. Very glad to have landed here after long trip north,!」
