The fan/heater unit system is ancient, full of lint / dust and very ineffective -- particularly the heater setting (not very warm and would turn off after a couple of minutes). General cleanliness not great -- hairs etc in the bathroom, dirty carpet. There was also the most annoying buzz coming from various electronics in the room and the plug system to turn off wasn't accessible. No view, literally just multiple major roads. Bedding average, mattress not comfortable (hard). TV had option to connect own device, however this did not work no matter what I did. Extractor fan in the bathroom very weak and ineffective, annoying as the only available mirror with ample light is in the bathroom -- there is a long mirror in the bedroom but too dark to use. Small, rough and thin towels -- many of which were stained."

Air conditioning didn’t work properly and just blew cold air all night. Needs facelift. No water in rooms. Decent bar area and gym. Parking was £8 for overnight stay…"
