"Another good stay. Hotel beats premier inn/travel lodge for value, comfort and style. Have been lucky to be upgraded to double room on both occasions we've stayed a couple of nights. Will probably return as we have family in the area and this seems to be consistently nice and handy. Lots of shopping and eating places within 10-15 minutes, good access from motorway."

Only item to note is the central heating system was broken the weekend that I stayed. The hotel helpfully supplied a portable heater, which helped in the evening. "

"We were very disappointed in our stay. We arrived and the steps to the car park are broken so you step on it and nearly fall backwards, then we got to our room , initially looked ok, dated but spacious, the room has the heating on full blast and was like a sauna so we turned the radiator off and opened the window, the window was broken and didnr stay open so we had to use our bin to wedge it open. The bath had hairs in it and lots of mould. The TV didn't work nor did the remote eventually reception sorted that for us. One of the twin beds mattress was broken and on a slant so felt like I was going to roll out of it all night. We didn't get any sleep as the soft door close near our room definitely wasn't soft close and slammed every few mins people went through it. The gutter has a leak and as it rained all night it sounded like ait was leaking in to our room. The driveway on the hotel grounds was full of very bad potholes so much so the taxi said people avoid pick ups there due to it. Was just very disappointing. I've emailed and called but no answer after nearly two weeks of trying "

"This home was wonderful and had plenty of room for my family during our visit to England. The rooms and home were very clean and nice and we had a great stay. I would only suggest updating the damaged cookware and increasing the lighting in the kitchen because it seemed very dark at night but these were minor issues at best. The home was a great choice and the check in / out process was super easy. The host also had good communication."
