"Pool was nice but cool (March) conveniently located to restaurants and beach coffee shop and other stores . Wonderful area ! House is roomy and comfortable and well stocked ! Not our first stay with Pinkie and certainly not our last!!! "

"Great location in center of Blue Mountain Beach. Easy walkable access to food, shopping and beach. Having the bikes and golf cart was a major plus! Neighborhood was quiet and very clean as well. Loved being next door to the pool for easy access if we didn’t want to go to the beach one day. Plenty of beds and bathroom space for larger family. My only suggestion would be to add a little more sitting furniture or maybe a large sectional in the living room for larger crowds or families. Overall great communication, great house, great location. We would definitely reserve it again. "

"A perfect, peaceful, and much needed Spring Break stay with good friends!!The house was even better than described. It's the first place we've stayed that was over stocked with essentials... What a treat to not have to worry about toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, laundry tabs, and trash bags, (even though we brought our own).The kitchen is extra stocked, the beds are cozy with Members Mark and Pottery Barn bedding, and the bath towels are big and thick. The back yard is so cute and fenced in. A great space to enjoy breakfast, dinner or cocktails and not have to worry about your Frenchie's getting out! Even though we didn't use the hot tub, it was a nice option to have. We did venture out on the golf cart one day (because the days were on the chilly side that week), which was fun. The beach chairs were also on the nicer side (not the cheap flimsy ones), as were the beach towels.The location of the house was ideal... An easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the Blue Mountain Creamery!Jeff (the host) is great and quick to respond, if needed.We will definitely be back!! "

"We had a great stay! The host was very fast in his response and had extra wash cloths delivered within 45 minutes after we did not seem to have enough! My only complaint was only one person can shower at a time. If more than one shower was on at a time there was zero water pressure. We’ve stayed at a different unit here before and didn’t have that issue, so it was odd! But we made it work by only having 1 person shower at a time. Didn’t bother us too much! Property was cleaned and well stocked! Location is perfect and boat driver is so fun and quick!"

"Beautiful property. Loved open floor plan with beach colors that brought the outside in. Great porch - perfect for coffee, sunsets and watching wildlife. Beds are very comfortable and the beach towels were appreciated. Unit is just steps to pools, gym and the beach. Host was responsive and enabled an early check-in and extended stay. "

"Great month of February spent in this lovely and very clean condo. Especially enjoyed the balcony and beautiful scenery our favorite being sunrises and sunsets. Stunning. The host kept us informed of any information we needed immediately. We felt really at home and enjoyed the 30A experience very much. Hopefully, we will be back."
