「Great place to stay. Went for the British masters weekend. Well organised. The food was fabulous. All the staff were polite and helpful. 」

「従業員が、悪魔に取りつかれたように不親切でイライラしている。隣の部屋の泊り客の声が、そのまま聞こえる。バーミンガムのダウンタウンの近くなので、若いやつがたくさん週末は泊まるので、一晩中、外でも部屋でも大声を出して騒いでるので眠れない。最悪だ。とてもうるさい。それで、次の日、フロントで、「うるさいので部屋を変えてくれ」と言ったら、「絶対変えられない」と言った。世界各地に仕事で行きますが、部屋を変えられなかったのは、このホテルだけ。フロントの従業員も、不親切で、イライラしている。」

「This was our second stay at Brook Marston Farm Hotel. The peaceful surroundings makes your stay relaxing. Staff are friendly, very helpful and go the extra mile for you. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Dining in is a must, meals are excellent, especially the Lamb dinner. Will definitely be booking again soon. 」

「Fantastic accommodation & service. We stayed in the cottage which had 2 double beds & a large shower room upstairs. Downstairs there was a large lounge with separate conservatory. A wonderful private garden with decking & sun loungers. We had breakfast & dinner in the hotel on both nights & the food was fantastic. The staff were equally wonderful & nothing was a problem for any of them. We were down for Crufts at the NEC & took a taxi which was about £20 each way. I would definitely...
