「The hotel was fine, but the day I went there were only 2 receptionists on duty instead of the 4 who were needed (2 were unwell and not working) which meant everyone who arrived between 5 and 6 (usual time!) had to wait more than an hour to be checked in, even if they had 'checked in online' as requested. This was the case even for families with small children, as well as pensioners like myself. There should have been a 'back-up system' to cover such staff illness. The room was larger than I had...

「The resort is quite old and in some spots pretty rundown. The cleaning team does a great job with what they have. when it comes to the support staff We found a range between some who were kind and helpful and others who seemed as if they were a bit hungover and couldn't be bothered」

「We loved our stay here. The location was convenient; the room was clean and comfortable; breakfast was tasty; and most of all, the hosts were amazingly hospitable. Due to our original flight being canceled, we checked in later in the day than we anticipated, and the host was gracious and understanding. We also forgot to bring a power converter (we traveled from the U.S.), and the hosts let us borrow theirs until we were able to buy one locally. We would definitely recommend staying here.」

「Room is quite simple, not WOW, but they renovated recently so it's quite clean. View from this hotel is amazingly beautiful, located in the middle of nature. All staff is very helpful, we have small problem when check in/out though. Their bar has huge range of whisky.」
