The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club
Room was really basic. Kettle and 2 t bags , 2 coffee a couple of milk cartons, none was ever replaced during our stay , so you have to buy tea or coffee. Paid £84 for breakfast yet no one told us times or anything, so missed breakfast except the last day when the lady tried to say we only had room ...

Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre by IHG
Easy for conference & excellent services but internal lifts too slow due to being too busy. Not enough room at breakfast. Overcrowded. 1 Coffee machine not working .i would prefer tradittea/coffee pot with waiting staff to refill. Area is too crowded.

Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham
Warm and friendly hotel staff, the room was amazing! The bed super comfortable and the L-shaped sofa to watch tv, was nice too. Breakfast was also great, highly recommend, no disappointments. Obviously the use of the spa was great.
