「I stay around 10 times a year. A 5 star welcome, 5 star food, 5 star service and a 5 star room. A unique old hotel with a modern, clean, tidy fresh feel. The food is amazing, locals travel here for the food. Highly recammend!」

「Great place and host, would highly recommend」

「Very disappointing stay, particularly considering the price paid. The room was comfortable and the shower good, but housekeeping standards declined throughout our stay. Even after servicing, sheets were not changed, the floor was not hoovered and the bathroom was not mopped. Breakfast was poor in both quality and service, and got worse as the week progressed. 「Beautiful accommodation. Friendly staff. Great price including a wonderful breakfast.」

「Room was clean and comfortable but starting to show signs of needing attention (worn through couch covers, split pillow case) the TV didnt want to turn on and there has been a downgrade in the bathroom amenities from the baylis & harding i loved. Parking was plentiful」

「Wakefield Westgate
