「We stayed for two nights. Spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. A lovely apartment. We’d love to go back. 10 min walk from seafront right by the pier. Can’t fault our stay. 」

「Had a brilliant long weekend at Sandunes 2, lovely flat direct on the beach! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Emma was great and thanks so much for sorting the parking permit! Would definitely come again!」

「Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Wer eine interessante Wohnung mit authentischer Einrichtung sucht, findet sie hier! Der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Lage ist super, nur 15 min Fußweg von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und unkompliziert!」

「Situated in a quiet spot there's this tiny house with a beautiful garden. It is a great place to stay. Just outside there's a parking place. The appartment is clean and well-equipped, it offers everything you need. There's solid WiFi. Owners are very friendly and helpful.」

「The property was perfect for the 3 of us and 2 friends joined us for thelast 4 day, and there was still plenty of room. The veranda overlooked a small stream with ducks, fish and a moorhen, right on the edge of a nature reserves with very easy access. 2 of the bedrooms had on suite bathrooms, whi h were snug but perfectly adequate. We were very happy with our stay.」

「Our stay in the apartment in Hastings was lovely; we felt very comfortable! It was very clean and tidy. Martyn helped us with many questions.」

「This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. 」

「Eine wunderschöne schöne Unterkunft in der Altstadt von Hastings. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles sauber. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Minus Punkt sind die Parkplätze. Die meisten sind Gebührenpflichtig ca 13 Pfund am Tag. Wir hatten noch Glück und einen freien Parkplatz gefunden. 」

「Perfect location, close to the sea front & great local shops. Noisy though, and i'm a warm season the windows must be open for air circulation (no AC...yet). Mattress was extremely uncomfortable, which gives 3 stars instead 5. Property manager was EXCELLENT, responding to queries & needs. 」
