The whole property was spotless, no key or card to lose (it's all code and electronic pad entry), and it was really quiet despite being pretty central. "It is one of those hotels where you go to the room with a code that is sent to you on the day of the trip. In theory it could have been a easy check in experience however on the massage they forget the special first time entrance code. I had to call them since the office is closed you have wait on phone to get routed to Köln head office . Till they could understand the issue and connect me to someone in Berlin who would connect to the lobby computer through a remote desktop software, I had to...

"The room was warm, there was plenty of space, beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was well equipped and the bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast as it seemed quite expensive, but everything else was perfect."
