"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"This is a nice hotel in a great location just off Kurfurstendam. It offers good value for a Berlin hotel. The condition isn't perfect as there are quite a few chips and scratches, but nothing too major. There was a footprint stain on the duvet, so cleanliness could have been better. Sockets near the bed would have been good and the light switches were very confusing. The en-suite was small and the shower had a flimsy curtain.
