Super emplacement, toujours un très bon séjour au Amano Home. Seul le temps n’était pas à la hauteur mais ils n’y peuvent rien ;).

Great location, so many restaurants and grocery very close. Easy access to M8 and U2, then anywhere in the city! Comfortable stay, kitchen facility wss good, double burner stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Only one tiny knife for food prep. Not a lot of kitchen accessories, but it was fine for us!

Excellent apartments. A spacious apartment with two separate bedrooms and a living room combined with a kitchen and dining area. There is also a small balcony with a nice view. Fully matches the description. Very convenient location — about a 10-minute walk to Alexanderplatz. Small shops, cafes, and bakeries are nearby. The apartment is quiet with good sound insulation, even though some windows face a busy street. Suitable for families with children. Recommended.

Great space for a week's stay - served its purpose as a service apartment with microwave in the room as well. Convenient location - got from berlin main train station by public transport conveniently by few stops and area is connected with different trams and bahns. Many cafes and food options nearby too

Great location, super service-minded staff

Love the Amano chain - great locations across Berlin. Amano Home works very well and has a good service level for an apart-hotel. Super service-minded staff helped with an early check-in and the cleaning team is so nice and thorough. Highly recommend.

Great stay! The rooms were clean, and very large compared to most European city centre hotels and clean. The check-in process could be improved as it's via a clunky app-only system. There is also nowhere to store luggage pre/post-stay. Would stay again!

Check in and check out where fast and convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Train station is less than 2 minutes walking. This is my second time staying and I am very satisfied. The only feedback is they should update the tv’s to smart tv’s just in case you want to watch a movie. 🙂

Great place but they expect you to do everything on your own, even check in. Not easy when you are exhausted from a long flight! They should give u a better rate if there is no reception or concierge.

Based on the room and the location, this is a five star property. It is very well appointed with a new microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It is also bright, very well designed and spacious. The location is super. Self check-in, however, is a mess. They do a terrible job communicating in advance what to do and any issues getting in, which almost every customer experiences. Once you’re in it’s great, but management has greatly failed to remedy this ongoing issue. It is costing them money and goodwill they could easily capture if they put a real effort to make it easier. I’ll be back and only in advance what to expect.

Perfect hotrl

Everything is perfect. Spacious room with all the necessary things included. Dishwasher, microwave, pots, plates, coffee machine, iron etc. Even there was 2 kg dumbells and a mat to exercise. Super easy self check-in and check-out. In the middle of the city. Metro and tram right in front of the hotel. In walking distance to lots of attractions. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants around.Definitely 5/5

Great Location, Zero Customer Service

With a great location in the heart of the Berlin Mitte district, this had such potential. But with literally no customer service, just an i-Pad in the corner, and no ability to change my reservation even weeks in advance, I was charged in at check-in for longer than I stayed, and I've been told I can't get a refund. I would not stay here again.

Noisy location, sirens going off every 5 mins and lots of traffic noise. Beds very low and uncomfortable. Room was damaged and not cleaned well. No bin bags or advice on how to leave trash. Bath had to be filled via a showerhead and took forever. No TV in the living room so we couldn't chill in the evening together as a family. Fridge broken. Tripped over the rug in the living room day one and trapped a nerve in my back from the fall, spending my entire trip in a wheelchair and not able to see/do much. Check in difficult - couldn't get in but luckily someone exiting held the door and then the digital room key wouldn't work. Had to call for help which was provided by a friendly staff member but took so long my child had to wee outside while we tried to sort (he's young and couldn't hold it). We weren't the first this happened too as we could see someone else had followed the same instructions before us. Also couldn't enter the property using the room key after a trip to the supermarket, got buzzed in but only the staircase, meaning I had to climb 7 flights of stairs carrying everything after a full day of travelling - not ideal. On a positive note, it's very close to a U bahn station, supermarket and an amazing doner takeaway. Overall terrible experience, and I'm so upset as we splurged on this place to celebrate and my injury meant we couldn't even enjoy the trip and it wasn't a comfortable place to rest and try to recover.

Promised bluetooth speaker is on available upon request and for a few hours at a time, not as advertised. Had to request the weights, as well. Water seal coming off shower door so the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower, too, slippery and dangerous!

We've had an excellent experience right from the start. Easy check-in despite our extremely late arrival past midnight. It could not have been any better! The apartment is designed in a very clever way, also modern and practical which feels very much like a home. We didn't miss anything at all. Plenty of storage, a kitchen equipped with basically everything you need...and even a yoga mat and small weights. Impressive! Very clean throughout the entire hotel with a super friendly receptionist...what else do you want? :) It is at a large crossing but with the windows closed and the AC on, it was quiet and not hot at all with 29 degrees outside. Location is fantastic with a 13 minute walk from Alexanderplatz, so very convenient when coming with the R23 from Brandenburg Airport. Lots of speciality coffee shops and restaurants are in the area. We would definitely stay there again.

部屋も申し分なく広くて快適でしたが、どのホテルでもそうだったように室温の設定は低めでした。 私の泊まったホテルにはWi-Fiが有りましたが、部屋からはほぼ繋がらない状態でした。 そのため翌日のバスの予約を読み込めず苦労しました。

親子2人で３泊しました。地下鉄出口からすぐのところで便利でした。徒歩５分くらいのスーパーで食料品や日用品を買い、キッチンや食洗機も使って楽しみました。ただ換気扇が無いのであまり本格的な料理は匂いが篭ります。大きめの鍋に野菜とソーセージを入れてスープを作り、やや外食で胃が疲れがちなので助かりました。大きな通りの交差点にありながらホテル内はとても静かで、隣の音も聞こえず快適でした。

おしゃれで快適なホテル

おしゃれで清潔なお部屋でした。清掃も毎日してもらえます。 防音の窓ですが、道路に面しているのでトラムの音などは若干します。私はほとんど気になりませんでしたが、音に特に敏感な方は気になるかもです。 駅がホテルのすぐ横なので便利です。 またホテル内でお水などは買えませんが、道路を渡った向かいに小さいスーパーがあり、5分くらい歩くと大きめのスーパーもあります。 レセプションが8〜22時なので、早くまたは遅くの到着及び出発の場合は前もって連絡しておいた方がいいです。 滞在中は専用のキーで出入りできるので全く問題ありません。
