「Staff were great, room was tidy. Only downside was the breakfast. Wife is gluten free and although the breakfast was labelled really well……they cross contaminated the breakfast items at the server. The chef was really helpful and cooked a separate breakfast but the cross contamination should never had happened in the first place. Putting gluten sausages with bacon to keep warm is a no no.」

「雰囲気、朝食は良かった。 隣接する部屋の騒音が聞こえ、わずらはしい。 駐車スペースが少なく、車を停めるスペースを見つけるのに苦労した。」

「Fantastic stay between Bath & Stonehenge. Surrounding towns provide tonnes of history, monuments and pleasant hills. Great carpark and good showers. It was an unusual hot night and the room had a fan!!! Great staff, I recommend.」

「Room was good, bed comfy, shower worked well. It’s in the middle of town so there is some noise, especially on a Saturday night, but to be expected. Checking in was easy although it would have been helpful to have two room keys. The woman on the desk did not seem entirely in the same world as everyone else. Parking can be a problem but usually can park in town square (which you need to pay for, either in cash/card or by downloading the local app). Place fairly clean, tables for breakfast...

「レンタカーで、コッツウォルズ地方を旅行した時に利用しました。 ホテルの入り口はわかりずらいけど、道路から入るとすぐに木々のトンネル。 スピードを落としてゆっくりと車を進めると、2階建ての館が見えてきます。正面玄関前は広い芝生です。 「此処に泊まるんだ～。どんな部屋なんだろう。」わくわくドキドキしますね。 食事も部屋もスタッフも、すべてが最高でした。」

「2年前に2泊して全てにおいて素晴らしく、今回ももちろん２泊予約しました。 イギリスもエネルギーの高騰など大変な状況下で仕方ないのかもしれないけど追加したイングリッシュブレックファストは有料になりクオリティは最低。ディナーサーブのチームワークも良くなくて残念で眠れなくなるほどでした。 庭も部屋もよかったのに、程の良いビジネスホテルになってしまっていました。 どうか前の状態になってもらえたら、料金が上がってもいきたいと思います。」

「Parking is brilliant. Lovely spacious room with comfy bed. The only draw back is as it was very warm, having the window open at night is not good. Very noisy boy racers and loud drunk people everywhere. Shower water drains very slowly. Apart from that, perfect location.」

「Lovely hotel the only downside which I had not realised was breakfast started at 8 and we needed to leave at 730. The staff were lovely and provided us with cereal and milk the night before. We eat in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival and the food was excellent.」
