「We enjoyed our stay at this property! Clean, simple, close walk to lots of coffeeshops and food that we enjoyed. It had everything we needed for a small weekend getaway. If you are looking to cook, the kitchen is a little limited and there is no coffee grinder as is listed. This didn’t impact our stay too much, we still had a wonderful time 」

「Check-in was easy, just entering the room. The owner kept in touch with me frequently, so I was able to stay with peace of mind.」

「The walk to the beach everyday was awesome! We didn't have to worry about driving or parking, it was all in a walkable distance. There are plenty of choices for eating, relaxing, and entertainment. Of all the places we ate, our favorite was the Duck Dive. They had the best Black & Bleu Steak Salad and Steak and Lobster Tail!! I highly recommend eating here.」

「Good location, easy to find & lots of street parking. The property itself was beautiful with fruit trees and outdoor seating. Inside was decorated nicely and the layout made good use of smaller size. The flight path was not bothersome to us. The renters upstairs were heavy footed and kids running back and forth but no fault of rental unit owner. Nearby Olive Tree Market has amazing sandwiches. Lots to walk to and shop at near by!」

「Very conscientious owners. Very clean. Exactly what we expected. Comfy beds.Know that the parking is tight and not easy when the downstairs neighbor is home. Need to know how to back up down a long driveway.Stairs to the unit are EXTRA steep (long rise and run). Owner warned us of this before our stay though, and we appreciated that.We did not receive instructions with the code to enter before our arrival (oops)!, so there was a little mix up there, but owner answered our call quickly and...

「Absolutely quant and private! The studio was well thought out and tastefully designed and decorated. Nestled into the heart of this lovely beach town and just minutes to the beach. 「This place was a great location! It was a 12min walk to the beach, lots of great restaurants! Parking spot is for a compact vehicle, but plenty street parking which was totally safe. It was a lower level 2bdrm property which was very quiet and would definitely stay here again! 」

「location was perfect for our needs. its nice to have the grocery store right next to us. secured building!One thing to make note of is the parking. we had a medium size SUV. parking is tight, if you have a large truck or suv it will be very tight. 」

「Great place to stay in Crown Point. Short three block walk to the bay, which was super peaceful. The place, as advertised, is small but perfect for two people, and the outdoor space was really nice and comfortable. We had beautiful weather and spent any time we were at the unit during the day outside. Really nice to have a parking spot to come home to at night, too. 」

「Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This Bird Rock location is perfect - great shopping and food in La Jolla and just a few blocks to Pacific Beach! Close freeway access makes everything in the San Diego area easily accessible. The cozy studio felt spacious, thanks to its vaulted ceilings and skylights. Parking on the street was close and easy. Highly recommend! 」

"ザジェネシス招待の取材で日本から来ました。トーレパインズゴルフコースは4回目ですが、コースまで10分、サンディエゴ国際空港まで15分程度の抜群の立地です。歩いてすぐのところにインアウトバーガーとマックもあります。ホテルもまだ新しいのかリノベーションされたのかわかりませんが、値段が安いわりにとても綺麗です。フロントスタッフも掃除の方も親切でフレンドリーす。毎年LAのリビエラカントリークラブなので、来年以降はまたサンタモニカ泊まりですが、機会があればまた来たいですね。"

"このホテルは電話が通じず緊急連絡方法がない。全てショートメールを送るシステムで、そのショートメールも通信状況が悪くてなかなか送れない。ルームサービスを頼むこともできず、翌日は清掃がされていなかったがショートメールでタオルをもらうことくらいしか対応してもらえない。ベイビューの部屋は２Fだがエレベータ無し、ベルもいないので重い荷物を自分で運ぶ。快適とは言い難い。"

"建物や設備が古いのは否めませんが、清潔に保たれていると思います。スタッフの方々はとてもフレンドリーで対応が早く好印象。ホテルの立地も良く、私は利用しませんでしたが、徒歩圏内にコーヒーショップやリカーショップ等があり便利な印象。駐車場も広く停めやすかった。この立地で無料なのは本当に有難い。朝ご飯は普通ですが、マフィンが美味しかったです。ベーグルがあると更に嬉しいです。また利用したいと思えるホテルですが、残念だった事が二点。一つは立地的に仕方がないのかもしれませんが、滞在中、頻繁に小さな虫が飛んでいるのを確認しました。特にバスルームでは多く見受けられました。もう一つは、タオル類は洗濯されて清潔なものの、取れないシミが多く見受けられたので、そろそろ新しいものに交換したほうが良いと思いました。"

"ホテルの部屋は広くベッドやタオルも清潔でたいへん快適でした。移動は車（レンタカー）もしくはUberになりますが、近くにはショッピングセンターやIN-N-OUTバーガー、SABWAY、セブンイレブンなどもあって買い物も便利です。朝食もたいへん良かったです。次にSanDiegoに来た際も利用しようと思います。"
