「We had a great time ofr my daughters 11th birthday. Pokeman and Scuba Daddy from the entertainment staff were amazing and rest of their crew too. Food, beach and eveything was perfect 10!」

「restaurant were not booked even with oral confirmations Very humid inside the room Can’t flash toilet papers in the toilet Shower was too hot and too cold Foods are terrible Only two options for breakfast and lunch The numbers of buses for transportation in the resort was too small Luggage was not picked up at the booked time 」

「Lovely all inclusive with amazing beach and pools. Great entertainment during the day and night. The night club is a bit loud but good space and all amenities you could want. The bathroom in the junior suite is a little awkward as it’s all open to the bedroom with a sliding frosted glass door just for the toilet so it’s not super private, the shower area is all open as well so coming out of the shower anyone in bedroom will see you and potentially anyone from the courtyard if balcony door shades...

「We had bed bugs in our room, they didn’t spray the property to prevent insects. Food ok everyday mostly the same and cold . Staff didn’t speak English except in the reception. You had to take a trolley to get to the beach, bummer. Overall property small but cozy, nice pools, would not visit again 」

「Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars.」

「Room wasn’t very clean and it was outdated. Food at the buffets was okay. The beach was beautiful, but had a lot of seaweed. There was staff out trying to clean it up, but it just must be that time of year for it. The ocean was amazing, the nightly shows were not great, karaoke was fun and the house band was really good. I found that a lot of the staff didn’t speak much English which made things more difficult.」
