「The hotel is amazing and the staff are caring. The only inconvenience we encountered was delays in the golf cart services to get our bags to the lobby and the catamaran having technical issues which meant we arrived via speedboat. The hotel staff helped resolve the catamaran issue quickly and refunded us a portion. Amazing stay overall.」

「This hotel is great. It's worth the price you pay for it. It met my expectations and goes beyond. The staff is very helpful and nice: Rafa, Leo, Fernanda, Fabiola, etc. The rooms are small but go with the echo friendly concept of the hotel. The delicious breakfast is included and in general, the kitchen or restaurant has a variety of dishes.
