"It was everything we needed. It was small enough for two people and it had everything you could need. The community feels safe, quiet, calm, and welcoming. The location is perfect, close enough to anything you could do in Austin. The experience was very cute and comfortable and the hosts were very nice and friendly. "This was only the 2nd VRBO I have rented. My husband and I were looking for a place to watch the solar eclipse. We enjoyed this house. It has very nice decor and was well stocked. I was impressed that it even had a first aid kit, q-tips, and cotton balls. There were plenty of nice dishes and extra blankets. Easy check in and quiet neighborhood. The owner responsed quickly to questions prior to trip and followed up to make sure everything went well afterwards."

"The place is in a great part of Austin and is a walkable distance to parks and grocery stores. It had everything I needed with lots of kitchen utensils. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. While there is some noise as it’s close to both a highway and train tracks, I work from home and had no issues. The host is super nice and her dog and cats were also friendly. Overall it was one of the best stays I’ve had!"

The one available just boiled away the coffee it made with lots of sounds. Other than these 3 minor pieces it was a great VRBO and we plan on staying there again! Thank you!"
