「location and view was great」

「Lovely, spacious apartment. Only niggle is that the next door restaurant bar could be a little loud, especially during our stay when it was SXSW. It might be quieter during a different time of year.」

「This is a great spot with a very "hotel" vibe. The majority of this building is vacation rentals, and they have staff onsite that cleans and maintains everything. The location is awesome - right at the south end of Rainey near the trail and walking distance from tons of bars and restaurants. The only thing to note is that the checkout is actually 10am, not 11am as listed. This was a surprise via email the night before we checked out. There is also NO free parking as the listing states. 「Kids loved the pool and the view was great. Couch bed is very uncomfortable but others were good. Nice to have laundry in unit. 」

「This property is very conveniently located. You can walk to many bars and restaurants. If you drive you will likely have to pay for parking. I was a little nervous because the smoke detector was torn out in my bedroom but the one in the other bedroom was intact. Also be aware that there is a patio but there is no lawn.」
