「The backyard has not been maintained at all. It is full of weeds and dirt. Nothing like the pictures online. The ping pong table and cornhole were very dirty and sitting in mud.The wood pool deck is half rotten and the boards are soft. Someone can easily fall thru or cut themselves on a rusty nail.The pool was disappointing. The heater and the waterfall were not working this entire trip. Also the pool had dirt in the bottom that was not cleaned out when the pool service arrived on...

「Great Place」

「This property is very conveniently located. You can walk to many bars and restaurants. If you drive you will likely have to pay for parking. I was a little nervous because the smoke detector was torn out in my bedroom but the one in the other bedroom was intact. Also be aware that there is a patio but there is no lawn.」

「Kids loved the pool and the view was great. Couch bed is very uncomfortable but others were good. Nice to have laundry in unit. 」
