「We arrived early and the property owners were nice enough to let us check in earlier than expected. Check-in was easy.place was clean and all amenities fully stocked. You literally can just show up with toothbrush. Place is small but perfect for a couple . Nice patio just outside the door. So close to Zilker park you can walk. You are just a short drive to congress scene. Communication was excellent . Great value for Austin . Highly recommend 」

「This property is very conveniently located. You can walk to many bars and restaurants. If you drive you will likely have to pay for parking. I was a little nervous because the smoke detector was torn out in my bedroom but the one in the other bedroom was intact. Also be aware that there is a patio but there is no lawn.」

「We unfortunately had a little problem at check-in, being informed right before 4 pm that we would not be able to check in on time. The delay ended up being just under an hour but still impacted our experience. They did offer a late check out, which helped some. The condo is in an interesting area and has some cool views of the Austin skyline.」

「The location was perfect for a concert at the Moody Center (or any event on campus). Very walkable area and it was nice to have a parking spot! Appliances were abundant if you were going to cook your own meals but we found ourselves at various local restaurants since it was such a quick trip. The host was super kind and very communicative. I know if any concerns popped up, it would have been remedied quickly. Definitely recommend this spot and would love to stay here again for future Austin...
