「Everything was good. Great location. We had some issues but the host took care of everything. 」

「Bedding and baths were clean. Leftover personal items. The entire kitchen and bath floors were sticky, there was pizza boxes, leftover food in pantry and the appliances were not clean. The furniture was in disrepair and stained as well as the rug. Many photos and reports were made with no response. The access code did not work upon arrival. Suggesting remove all food, including old spices and any old coffee creamers or coffee. Deep clean appliances/cabinets, replace vent filter,...

「Easy to check-in, check-out. Great little cafe on the 1st floor. Roof top pool was fantastic and close to Rainy Street / River Walk. Property was clean, new appliances and furniture was comfortable. Just what we needed for a long weekend in Austin. 」

「We enjoyed the property. The view is fantastic and there are some good restaurants in the area. The lake water is low but Cynthia helped us to find a place to put in our jet skis. Unfortunately, we didn't get as much time on the lake as we would have liked since our dog barked when we left him alone one morning so we spent the rest of the time with him. Cynthia was really good at communicating with us. We would definitely recommend this property.」

「This property is very conveniently located. You can walk to many bars and restaurants. If you drive you will likely have to pay for parking. I was a little nervous because the smoke detector was torn out in my bedroom but the one in the other bedroom was intact. Also be aware that there is a patio but there is no lawn.」

「That was just a bad experience! Had big problems with bathroom and customer service replied with solution: use bathroom in the lobby! Horrible smell at the apartment because of the toilet problem and so much stress! Still no response from management after one week! Avoid this property!!!」
