「Welcoming, artful, beautifully minimalist. Clean. Great shower and bathroom accessories. Fresh flowers and well-working kitchen materials. Excellent, walkable location. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Responsive host: was great because we needed an ironing board that wasn’t on site and the washer dryer combo unit instructions were inaccurate, so we needed to consult w her about that. Otherwise, we were in heaven. This is an excellent choice. 」

「The hosts were very easy to work with, and the house was in great condition. Very nicely decorated, modern, had all the necessities. The neighborhood--the street and nearby commercial district--are definitely in transition and not ideal for walking. We felt uncomfortable taking our dogs out, even as people who have lived in NYC/Chicago during the 80s :-). While it might feel different to people who are from the area or live on the street, it's a hard place to land for visitors.」

It was clean and had everything to make our stay comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend this rental for anyone coming to the Chapel Hill area!」

「very conveniently located 0.7 miles from the Convention center - an easy walk on sidewalk and main roads. Some of the neighborhood further down the road was "sketchy" as my kids would say but we did not feel unsafe at any time. Backyard was nicely done with lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit and grill. Outside we could hear traffic and a few trains but not inside the house.」
