「Everything went fine」

「The house was a good location and very clean. However, the coffee maker did not work, the sheets on the second bedroom did not fit the bed and the electrical plugs in the master bedroom did not work. Also, the bed in the main bedroom was extremely hard and so one person took the smaller third bedroom. 」

「First, I will say the property manager, Marlena, was great. We had several issues that she was quick to respond and handle. The apartment itself was clean and nice. The kitchen could use some new cooking pots and pans. We were not able to cook due to the pans being scratched horribly. If you intend to cook during your stay, bring everything you need from salt and pepper to the main course. The kitchen does have the basic utensils, flatware, cups and dishes. 「Great service by front desk, dining and housekeepers. Stayed there 14 days and the location was great for our travel needs. Community is a little out dated in the rooms but very clean and comfortable. Complementary breakfast and coffee every morning met our needs. We would definitely stay there again as the cost was affordable for our two week visit to North Carolina.」

Everything that I needed was available, coffee, towels, and travel sizes of shampoo & conditioner as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste! I was very happy with the cleanliness too. 「Shower still had peoples hair in it. Booked hotel for the pool and when we got there no one told us it was closed also the water was off when we got there and we had to go into town to use the restroom.」
