「We had a great stay here. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until 2 am. Staff was absolutely amazing and so kind. My mom had a fall in her room around 6 am (she wasn’t hurt) but the front desk assembled a team to help her out. Later, another member of the front desk was so kind to my kids and me when we needed assistance with check out. The hotel was clean and comfortable but the staff made it a great stay! 」

What I most dislike about this hotel is the card key. Often times I needed to inside and out the card key because of unrecognizable.
Most staff are friendly, the room I stayed was clean enough (except some cups in the shelf). Caution before using stuffs in the shelf, some of them were unwashed. 」
「No real complaints - I only stayed a night and it was perfectly acceptable. The room was spacious and clean, the only downside being that the bathroom smelled strongly of cigarettes (odd, in a supposedly non-smoking room).」
「Another great stay here! The hotel was in the middle of having the carpets professionally cleaned, but that didn’t bother me! If anything, it put a great image in my mind about the hotel’s mindfulness of keeping the property in great shape! The rooftop reception was great as well! Really enjoyed that!
