「Clean and beautiful property nestled in the mountains. Quick and easy check in. The Hotel is over 100 years old so the floors are very creaky and the walls are paper thin and non insulated so you can hear conversations of everyone in the next room. The toilet clogged up and we didn’t even use it and started running all over the floor. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but nothing special. Overall would stay again for 1 or two nights at most though while visiting that area.」

「Perfect location. Beautiful, charming, spacious room with a comfortable bed. Exceptional breakfast. Loved the poached pear starter! Brandi worked hard to anticipate and meet our needs. She even reminded us to move our car before getting ticketed. Would definitely stay again.」

「The husband and wife that own it were very friendly, didn't bother you, but were available if you needed them. The breakfast was fenomenal. Check in and out was easy. The house was beautiful and the decor was relevant to the period of the home. I would highly recommend staying.」

「We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the friendliness of the staff. We chose the Carolina Suite on the first floor because of mobility issues. However, we found the bed was so high that I was unable to get onto it without using a chair. We also did not use the shower because of the height of the tub you have to climb over without any grab bars. I would stay here again, but look for a different room.」

「Second bed in room didn't have a mattress, very uncomfortable. Booked room for 2 adults and 2 kids. They charged us for two adult breakfasts? Staff was very unfriendly, manager/owner never showed me the courtesy of calling me as requested.」

「Nice location for both the City and the Biltmore Estate - owner was very friendly」

「ホスピタリティは最高。部屋も綺麗で清潔。朝食もすばらしいものでした。 残念だったことはインターネットのスピードが遅くて使いにくかったことくらい。」
