"The room was kept clean, and the staff were very friendly. I found it useful that the fitness room was open 24/7. The amenities weren't impressive but covered all the basics. It's also nice that there are so many great places to grab a bite within walking distance from the hotel. My only difficulty was dealing with the elevator's occasional malfunctions (e.g., card reader sensitivity, opening doors while the elevator was not level with the floor)."
