Location was perfect. The parking garage led you to believe the hotel validated parking, which they do not. Also parking for the hotel was a little high compared to other decks in the area.

Staff was friendly, overall appearance nice. Our room wa. exasperating! Toilet ran constantly unless we took back 0f and adjusted. Thermostat would stop working and even when reset, would not lower temp below 77. No bookjlet in room to give info and could not get thru to front desk by phone so had to keep running down with questions. to top things off Sherdan had cancelled contract with parking garage, so it cost $22 per nite. Bet your glad you asked.

The room was too small - the refrigerator was behind the one chair and could only be opened slightly. The light in the closet was burned out. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The television was difficult to operate because the channel changer was faulty. The beds were comfortable.
