We needed a nice hotel downtown to enjoy the nearby nightlife,and this hotel was the prefect choice. Closer to everything, very clean and there was even a music festival just outside. We will stay here again.

Hotel was clean and check in was smooth. Things took a turn for the worse when we arrived back after dinner and the staff informed us we were locked out of our room because we had a dog—after I had confirmed the pet policy prior to booking (twice) and checked in with my dog in tow. They called local law enforcement and it was an incredibly unprofessional & uncomfortable situation. The miscommunication within hotel personnel should have been addressed long before they acted the way they did towards us. Will not stay here again.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the beautiful fragrance. If they had that in a bottle I would have bought some! The staff was friendly and helpful. I was feeling a bit sick at my stomach from all the travel and they had some Tums for sale! Score! Comfortable bed, spotless room. I felt the price was reasonable, except for the parking garage across the street. Would stay again.

The room was kept clean, and the staff were very friendly. I found it useful that the fitness room was open 24/7. The amenities weren't impressive but covered all the basics. It's also nice that there are so many great places to grab a bite within walking distance from the hotel. My only difficulty was dealing with the elevator's occasional malfunctions (e.g., card reader sensitivity, opening doors while the elevator was not level with the floor).
