「Toilet not flushing, mould on the walls, 2nd room didn’t even have a bed, it was a fold out couch from last century, not possible to put any items from the bar on the room, reception tried to charge us for the night which we had paid for online」

「Very good included spa facilities. Good to have an on-site ski shop and shuttle bus. Dining facilities and food were very good, breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee...

「I recently stayed at Hotel Orlovetz and overall had a good experience, but with some notable drawbacks. The hotel itself is great—the rooms are very clean, modern, and offer the best views you can get in Pamporovo. Waking up to those mountain views was definitely a highlight of the stay. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety, but dinner was inconsistent. On Friday and Saturday, the food was great, but during the weekdays, it wasn’t nearly as good, likely due to fewer guests....

「Very family oriented hotel. Friendly staff. Organized activities for the children. The SPA Center itself is not as large as in other hotels in the city, however it was very clean. I would have loved if there was a hot pool outside, but still, when it comes to value for money for the HB offer we used, it was superb.」
