「中心部のインフォメーションから至近距離で分かりやすい位置にあります。一番安い部屋は屋根裏部屋となりますが、広いし、眺めも良くて快適でした。専用駐車場はありませんが、インフォメーション横に夜間無料のスペースがあり、そこに停められます。オフシーズン時の朝食が9：00－10：00と短いのが欠点ですが、頼めばボックスランチを用意してもらえます。」

「Moved by the management to Festa Winter Palace *****. Great Location. Excellent food. Friendly staff. Not large, but very clean room. Swimming pool was cold. Good saunas. 」

「Terrible experience, staff are rude and lie about using the mini bar and tried to charge us before leaving for drinks we did not drink. The maids did not even clean our room or leave us toilet roll, we had to ask for toilet roll every single day, there is a massive sewage problem that makes the bathroom smell like you know what ! Overall the experience we had was not a good one and are extremely disappointed as we paid £450.00 each for 7 nights which is really expensive considering we only had...
