「If the location is important, this hotel is the answer. However, other than that, we were very disappointed.
The amenity is often not provided.
We stayed for 5 nights but every day, soaps, lotion, cups, water, etc. There was always something missing.
The welcome wine was provided in the room.
The room after we checked in was extremely moldy and we asked for a different room. They changed the room right away.
The breakfast was included but the quality was very bad except one Italian kitchen....

「I’m a returning guest, and the front desk and café staff were very kind and welcoming.
However, there were a few issues with the room. Even when the sheets became dirty, they were not always changed during the daily cleaning. There were also several occasions where items like glasses and bath mats were not replenished.
