"There’s 2 elevators and 1 was broken so that caused a lot of waiting for the elevator which also didn’t feel safe. Ice machine out of order. Toilet paper roll falling off in bathroom and tv popped when volume was on. "

The TV was not a smart TV, so there was no YouTube or Netflix, and the channel selection was limited. I was also disappointed that the welcome water cost $3 instead of being complimentary. Check-in took a long time because the staff seemed very slow, and the elevator was unusually slow as well. Overall, it was exactly what you would expect for the price. Nothing amazing, but not terrible either."
