「The room was not cleaned well. There was a bow tie found in the corner of the room so you know the floor is not being completely vacuumed. Hair in the tub and bathroom counter. Checking in was very difficult and delayed. Despite having reservations and checking in, it took over 30 minutes to get a key made after I had given my reservation partly due to a new system limitation. Understandably there was only one person at the desk and multiple parties awaiting their needs. The tasks IMO...

「What a great stay my mother had in Joseph's Slope Side Cozy Studio. Beautiful accommodations that were clean and spacious with a lovely view. The host was incredibly attentive, with appropriate messaging from booking all the way to check-out. The price was reasonable, the resort is incredible, and we are actually thinking of spending some time there again.
