"The hotel is AMAZING!! The restaurant is AMAZING!! The only complaint was definitely the shuttle driver. I waited an hour for the shuttle at the airport with a 4 year old toddler. The driver pulled up and sat inside conversing with a female passenger. Once we husband went to the passenger door and got his attention he finally got out to assist with the bags. The female passenger was eating pizza and they both looked annoyed that we were even needing a ride. Although this didn’t sit well with me at all, the front desk clerk and the restaurant attendant definitely made up for it. Even after the bad shuttle service I’d definitely still give them a 10/10. If our first point of contact is the shuttle driver they should be more polite and definitely wait 3-5 minutes to see if there’s others coming down. The shuttle didn’t wait 30 seconds before pulling off. Overall my family and I will return this summer. "

"We had a slight issue with the thermostat in our room. The heater would kick on rather than cool. When maintenance could not fix the issue the manager on duty not only changed our room but had a bellhop assist us with transferring our bags from one room to the other. 10/10 service "

"I was in town for a work conference and booked this hotel for a few days. Location was great, it was clean, staff was very kind and friendly! Loved the complementary bottles of water. Our room needed some things fixed in it but for the price, location, rooftop bar, and staff this hotel was great and I will definitely be returning!"
