"The hotel was nice and the people were very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and it was within minutes of all of the Broadway shows we attended so we were able to walk to everything we needed. The only con would be, every morning, we could hear the housekeeper outside the door going in and out of a storage closet or rooms and the door would slam shut and also she would be talking pretty loud asking people if they needed towels etc.. "I asked for a quiet room with one bed and was given one in a very quiet corner of this big hotel. It looked recently updated, very clean and comfortable with excellent bedding, towels and amenities in the room. Fast elevator. Good vending machines and very good restaurants. Located in close distance of Penn station and walking distance to midtown attractions. Welcoming and professional staff."

"The location is amazing, right in the middle of Times Square. Staff was very professional and helpful. Room was clean and ready on time. The only thing tnat was inconvenience was the toilet no flushing properly. One evening, our tub was clogged. Maintenance fix both in AM. Toilet was working ok, but does and should be fixed properly... overall this day was very pleasant"
