Very clean and comfortable hotel, very well located and in a safe area. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was varied. There is tean and coffee available in the lobby all day and a lovely raco place opposite the hotel! Overall quiet however from 5am it does get noisy with sirens, cars honking, traffic but this is mid-town and nothing the hotel can do about it.

Good location for exploring New York

Hotel was in a good location for exploring New York. The only issue was breakfast which was manic and not relaxing. We opted to eat out. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The elevators are pretty slow. Staff was VERY nice, room small but had EVERYTHING, even a DISHWASHER?!? Coulda been cheaper, but overall good stay.

We love the location of this hotel

Amazing location, this is for sure the main pro of this hotel. The room space is in average for NY, it offers what is needed for a short stay - to me 5 days is the maximum. The staff works very well, due to the fact there are high number of rooms. This generates pain points like a big line for elevators and breakfast, with long time of waiting.

Tight rooms. Loved the Kitchenette. The included breakfast wasn’t great. Trying to serve too many people. All the hot food was basically cold. I only ate there the first morning. Elevators have a long wait. Very touristy but clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.
