Great location

This was the fourth time I’ve stayed here, and I’ll keep coming back. The location is very handy for families of Columbia College, the rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it’s priced well.

I stayed here to visit my child that attends the Art Institute and I was completely impressed. I will definitely stay here again.

It was okay but, I wish they specified the clearance level for the self parking if we would of have know ahead of time we would of brought our smaller car

We chose this hotel last minute and we were nervous because there were a couple recent negative reviews. There were 4 of us in our family and couldn't find anything negative to say about the hotel. The only disappointing fact was that the rooftop bar was not open but that wasn't a big deal. Everything was very clean. Hotel is well appointed with beautiful rooms and an elegant, luxurious bathroom. The staff was helpful and the hotel is in the middle of the best shopping abd restaurants in Chicago! Wull definitely be my "go to" hotel in Chitown!

They are great and accommodating. Expedia had horrible customer service and told me my hotel was full at 830pm by email which they conveyed at 910pm when I attempted to check in ar the Canopy Hilton at 9:10pm. I will NEVER use Expedia again. Ridiculous and horrible way to handle customers

The hotel was a whole vibe. Very nice and clean. Convenient to the all the shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place with great views. Love the lobby and all the close by amenities.

No complaints. We stayed on the 18th floor and never had a long wait for the elevator (like I have experienced in some other places). The kitchenette was well stocked, beds soft and comfortable and bathroom is spacious in which I absolutely love.

The staff at the Westin were great. From the bellhops to the check in desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind.
