"The front desk staff were kind and efficient. The room was clean but the bathroom was not cleaned properly and had hair all over. The bathroom water is yellow which I guess is currently a Fort Lauderdale issue. There is a quick efficient shuttle service to and from the airport and cruise port. The cruise shuttle is $20 per person. FLL airport is a nightmare but the shuttle driver will be in contact to do pick up. "

"This is easily one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. Firstly the check in information arrived significantly later than it was supposed to after I had to chase the host. Secondly, the images shown in the listing were nothing like my apartment. The bathroom was tiny with a shower that was either freezing cold or scolding hot with no in between. The towels are older than me! The lock on the door didn't work properly and completely failed to work properly on two occasions. The washer dryer is outside and shared across all units. It costs money to use and only functions if set to an eco wash. I raised this with the host and was met with no reply. I would never stay here again."
